Marco Brescia’s main areas of practice include mergers and acquisitions, contracts, corporate and commercial law.
During his career Marco Brescia handled several cross-border acquisitions representing major multinational corporations. He was also actively involved in the privatization process of some Italian entities.
Marco Brescia advises on the formation and management of companies, merger and acquisition transactions and holds various directorship positions in the Italian subsidiaries of major corporations.
